1950
1950S MASTERING THE SKILLS
We trace our origins back to 1950s Singapore, where there was a strong heritage of passing knowledge and skills from one generation to the next - from forefathers to fathers to the eldest son. In line with this tradition, our founder, who was still a young boy at that time, became an apprentice to his father in an old medical hall at Lorong Geylang, where he mastered the family trade of Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis, prescription and manufacturing.
1970S BUILDING CUSTOMER BASE
With knowledge, experience, and qualifications, our founder is one of the first Singaporeans to be certified as a trained physician in our nation and a pioneer in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Singapore. In 1975, Fook Sang Tong was incorporated. Driven by passion and a determination to serve the community, a series of herbal products was formulated. Fook Sang Tong has navigated the changing times in Singapore, building a loyal customer base.

1980S EXPANDING THE OPERATION
With drive and dedication to ensuring product quality and efficacy, Fook Sang Tong expanded into two production units in Ubi Singapore, to better manage the manufacturing and quality sectors. The sole vision of this expansion is to continually provide high-quality herbal products and natural foods to the homes of Singaporeans.
DECADES OF UNSURPASSED TRUST
Continuous growth and the demand for highly sought-after products from both locally and overseas customers, our current premises are no longer sufficient. We have expanded into 3 additional manufacturing units, adhering to internationally recognized GMP and HACCP standards. Each unit has been retrofitted with state-of-the-art equipment, automated systems, and warehouse facilities to enhance our production capacity. Today, we handle five major brands, each catering to a different demographic. We also offer OEM services for our customers along with manufacturing options.
